March 20, 2020
Dear Parents and Guardians:
As
we conclude the first week of our extended school closure, I want to
thank everyone who has helped to make this transition as smooth as
possible. In this unprecedented time, the assistance, support, patience,
and understanding received from teachers, staff, students and
parents/guardians has been greatly appreciated.
Here are a few reminders as we prepare for week two (March 23-27) of the extended school closure.
- All
required student assignments for week two are now posted on the
district website and each building website under the News section.
Direct links for each school building and the district site can be found
below:
- For Beach Preschool, your child’s teacher will email you activities.
- If
you are interested in receiving lunch for your child(ren) next week and
have not yet submitted an online order, please visit this link for more information and to submit an order.
- The
district has an online Extended School Closure Trouble Ticket that is
available every day. If you are having tech issues during the extended
school closure, please click here to fill out the Trouble Ticket and our tech team will do its best to respond as soon as possible.
- Join us next week as we host an #RrSchoolsVirtualSpiritWeek. More information about the themes for each day can be found here.
I
hope that you and your families are staying safe and healthy during
this time and I strongly encourage you to follow the guidelines and
recommendations that we receive each day from our health professionals.
