ENTERING THE ROCKY RIVER CITY SCHOOLS
Welcome to Rocky River. To help the registration process run smoothly, we have posted the necessary requirements and forms, which may be downloaded by clicking the link on the right side of this page. Please note that this includes a checklist of all required documents necessary for registration. Registration is only open to students that reside within the Rocky River District Boundaries.
Step 1
To begin the registration process, create an account and complete the online Final Forms registration forms:

- It is important that all registration information recorded in this account is accurate.
- Please double-check data before submitting.
IMPORTANT: For Registration Status, please select "I am here to enroll a new student in the district". Please do not select "I have students already in the district."
Step 2
Once you have submitted your online registration forms, schedule an appointment to bring in the required documents by calling 440.333.6000.

There are no walk-in registration appointments available.
If you do not submit ALL required documents, your registration will not be finalized.
Please note that registration takes a few days after you submit all your paperwork.

RESIDENCY VERIFICATION
v If you own the dwelling:
Two (2) of the following:
o Tax Bill
o Insurance Policy on Dwelling
o Paycheck Stub with Address
o Home Mortgage Coupon
o Purchase/Construction Contract
o Utility Bill (Gas, Electric, etc.)
v If you are the tenant of the dwelling:
Complete an Affidavit of Residency
AND
Copy of your current signed lease agreement (a Landlord
Verification may also be required)
AND
One (1) of the following:
o Income Tax Return
o Rental Insurance Policy on Dwelling
o Bank Statement
o Paycheck Stub with Address
o Utility Bill (Gas, Electric, etc.)
v If you reside with a resident of Rocky River, they must:
Complete an Affidavit of Residency
AND
Provide two (2) of the following (if they own the property)
o Tax Bill
o Insurance Policy on Dwelling
o Paycheck Stub with Address
o Home Mortgage Coupon
o Purchase/Construction Contract
o Utility Bill (Gas, Electric, etc.)
Provide one (1) of the above and a signed lease agreement
(if they rent the property)
And You Must:
o Complete an Affidavit of Residency
AND
o Provide one (1) of the following:
Bank Statement
Insurance Statement
Paycheck Stub with Address
Utility Bill (Gas, Electric, etc.)
