Dear Parents and Guardians:

For the last few weeks, the Rocky River City School District (RRCSD) has monitored the development of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and followed the guidelines of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Cuyahoga County Board of Health to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of our students and staff.

In light of today’s announcement by Governor Mike DeWine, the RRCSD will be closed beginning Tuesday, March 17 through Friday, April 3. During this time, there will be no school or school-sponsored athletics, activities, or meetings. School will resume on Monday, April 6.

More information regarding this extended closure will be shared in the following days.
