Addie Olander
Ms. Addie Olander is serving her third term on the Board of Education after being re-elected in November of 2023. Her term expires on December 31, 2027.
Olander is a communications consultant and spent most of her career with a global HR consulting firm, in addition to working in college public relations and educational publishing in the Chicago area. For many years, she was active in the district as a substitute teacher and as a member of PTA, Boosters, the Curriculum Advisory Committee and the Rocky River Education Foundation. She holds a B.A. in English from Wittenberg University and an M.S. In Journalism from Northwestern University.
Olander and her husband, Bob, are the proud parents of two Rocky River City Schools graduates.
