The Rocky River Student Activities Boosters presented the Board of Education a check for $85,000 at their June 22 Business Meeting. 
RRHS students attend NHD National Contest NHD National Contest
Rocky River High School junior Kati Solymosi placed in the Top 10 in the US for the National History Day Individual Exhibit.  Seniors Ali Brugh, Aleksandra Dunjic and Ella Mathewson placed in the Top 20 in the US for the National History Day Group Website.

Rocky River Middle School teachers Donald MacDonald and Chandra Juhasz hosted a special event for students interested in careers in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM). 
Dazzle Awards
RRHS’s Drama Department won The Connor Family Best Musical (Tier 1) for the second year with its performance of Legally Blonde. Last year’s performance was Catch Me if You Can. Brandon Schumacker was the recipient of The John and Patricia Chapman Best Actor award for his role as Emmett Forrest.
