Student Council Candy Grams
Candy Gram Sale.  
Parents print the attached Candy Grams at home. Parents write a message and include the child's name and homeroom. Please return in an envelope to Mrs. Cook'e or Mrs. Hayne's mailbox with 50 cents per candy gram. Candy grams will be on sale at Kensington Tuesday the 13th through Thursday the 15th. Candy Grams will be delivered to homerooms by student council representatives on Friday morning!

Kensington 4th Grade Mural
Every year, the fourth grade class at Kensington Intermediate School works cooperatively on an art project. The project gives the students a chance to create an individual piece as well as a group piece. The group project is displayed at the District Art Show and then added to Kensington's permanent collection. 
Tons of Talent on Display at the Kensington Talent Show
There's an amazing amount of talent in the Rocky River City Schools. Quite a bit of it was on display both Friday and Saturday night at the Kensington Intermediate School talent show. (View slideshow here.) 
Basketball Challenge Cup

Snowman Shuffle Comes to KIS
The entire student body at Kensington Intermediate School is getting some exercise! Third, fourth, and fifth graders will participate in the school's first-ever Snowman Shuffle on Wednesday morning, December 16. View slideshow here. 
Safe Routes to School - Parent Survey
The Rocky River City School District is in the initial stages of applying for a Safe Routes to School (SRTS) grant.  Parents with children attending Kensington, RRMS or St. Christopher's School are asked to complete an online survey developed by the National Center for Safe Routes to School.
