Pirate Pride Award
The Pirate Pride award recognizes students who get "caught doing something good." A student may be nominated who has demonstrated a behavior that goes above and beyond the ordinary in terms of kindness, civility, or citizenship.

The Pirate Pride winner for the week of November 17th is senior Zyhra Hamzaj!
Teacher Mr. Matt McLaughlin had nominated Zyhra for coming to the aid of another student who had dropped her books in the middle of our most crowded hallway during a class change. "Zyhra appeared like a super hero arriving in the nick of time! She helped the other student pick up everything and reassured her while other students were unconcerned." We are proud of Zyhra for her sense of kindness and responsibility.
