Filler Earns Spot in Finals of Tri-C High School Rock-Off
Filler, an alternative rock band consisting of Rocky River and Bay High School students, has earned a spot in the “Final Exam” round of the 2018 Tri-C High School Rock Off.  They are one of 12 bands competing for the top prize on Saturday, Feb. 17 at 6 pm at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland.  Tickets are available to purchase online. 
Summer School Fitness 2018
On behalf of the Rocky River City School District, we are pleased to announce the Summer School Fitness 2018 opportunity available to all RRHS students in grades 9-12 (including incoming freshman). Summer school registration starts March 13, 2018 at the Rocky River Board of Education. For your convenience, please click here for an informational flyer and required EMA form. Registration forms will be available in the RRHS Counseling Office. All registration occurs in person at:

Tips for Learning Math
In Rocky River math classes grades K-12, our teachers seek to develop a variety of math expertise in our students surrounding 8 Standards for Mathematical Practice. 
RRHS SAFE Club Named Student Diversity Champion
Rocky River High School’s Students Advocating For Equality (SAFE) Club will receive the Diversity Center of Northeast Ohio’s Student Diversity Champion Award. The award will be presented at the 63rd Annual Humanitarian Awards Dinner on Nov. 30 at the Cleveland Renaissance Hotel. 
RRHS Students Participate in Hour of Code/STEAM Activities
Rocky River High School students had the opportunity to participate in Hour of Code and STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art, math) activities Oct. 11 to raise awareness and make connections to the fields and careers.
