RRMS Engraved Tiles - Only 51 Left!
At the request of parents, the Rocky River City School District is taking orders for engraved tiles that will join the past engraved tiles in the Commons hallway at Rocky River Middle School.  
Rocky River Schools Earn High Marks at Science Olympiad
The stated goal of the Science Olympiad is pretty lofty: it’s nothing less than to inspire the next generation of scientists. At Rocky River Middle School and High School, though, that’s just what’s happening.  
Heritage Day 2012
Friday, April 27 was a busy day for students at Goldwood Primary School in Rocky River. On that day, students from kindergarten through second grade got to “travel” to four different countries, thanks to the school’s annual Heritage Day. 
RRMS Bike Fair Kicks off Bike to School Challenge
Beautiful weather means more bikes on the sidewalks and streets of Rocky River. In anticipation of this peak biking season, Rocky River Middle School hosted a Bicycle Safety Fair to kick off a “Bike to School Challenge” sponsored by Century Cycles.  
Vocal Music/Drama Trip to New York City
On Wednesday, April 18,  ninety-three members of Rocky River High School’s Vocal Music and Drama departments accompanied Mr. Mike Balla, Ms. Amanda Porter and Mrs. Jennifer Garver on a tour of New York City.  
RRCSD Budget Update
After receiving input from the community and staff and recommendations from an independent financial consultant, the Board of Education has made decisions regarding the district’s budget.  (Click on title for more information.)
 
RRHS Places 1st & 2nd in JA Titan Competition
The Rocky River High School/ Shaw High School team of students won first place in the 20th Annual Junior Achievement Titan Competition.  Another team from Rocky River also won second place. Posted Friday, April 27, 2012
