Entering the Rocky River City Schools
Dear Parents and Students:
We are pleased that you will be joining our district. To help the registration process run smoothly, we have posted the necessary requirements and forms, which may be downloaded by clicking the link on the right side of this page. We also have included below a check list for Residency Verification.
Please note that each school may have additional forms for you to complete after you finish the initial registration.
Registration is by appointment only at:

Residency Verification
If you own the dwelling:
· Two (2) of the following:
o Tax Bill
o Insurance Policy on Dwelling
o Paycheck Stub with Address
o Home Mortgage Coupon
o Purchase/Construction Contract
o Utility Bill (Gas, Electric, etc.)
If you are the tenant of the dwelling:
· Copy of your current signed lease agreement
AND
· One (1) of the following:
o Tax Bill
o Insurance Policy on Dwelling
o Paycheck Stub with Address
o Home Mortgage Coupon
o Purchase/Construction Contract
o Utility Bill (Gas, Electric, etc.)
If you reside with a resident of Rocky River, owner or tenant of property must:
· Complete an Affidavit of Residency
AND
· Provide two (2) of the following OR a signed lease agreement
o Tax Bill
o Insurance Policy on Dwelling
o Paycheck Stub with Address
o Home Mortgage Coupon
o Purchase/Construction Contract
o Utility Bill (Gas, Electric, etc.)
· And You Must:
o Complete an Affidavit of Residency
AND
o Provide one (1) of the following:
Bank Statement
Insurance Statement
Paycheck Stub with Address
Utility Bill (Gas, Electric, etc.)
