The Addams Family Musical Comes to RRHS This Weekend
They’re creepy and they’re kooky/mysterious and spooky…

You know the song, and this weekend you can pay a call on the Addams Family when the Rocky River High School Drama Department presents The Addams Family Musical.  

RRCF Fundraiser - Preview Party at BOMBA
The Rocky River Campus Foundation (RRCF) is hosting a fundraiser on Thursday, April 16th from 6-9 PM at BOMBA at 19880 Detroit Road (located in the CVS plaza). View the beautiful interior design and enjoy a sampling of signature BOMBA food and drinks before the restaurant opens to the public!  
8th Grader Will Represent Rocky River at the State Geography Bee
Eighth-grader Adam Hackett will represent Rocky River Middle School for the third year in a row at Ohio's state competition of the National Geography Bee. Adam will join 99 other students from across the state in Columbus on March 27. The students are all vying for a spot at the National Geography Bee in Washington, DC.  
RRMS Wins Regional Teaming Award
Rocky River Middle School has received an award for Best Middle Level Teaming Practice from the Ohio Midlevel Association (OMLA). This prestigious regional award was presented to representatives from the school at a recent conference at Kalahari in Sandusky. Attendees at the conference included RRMS principal Megan Rose, assistant principal Mike Sislowski, and teachers Matt England, Chandra Juhasz, and Ben Purdy. 
24th Annual Basketball Challenge Cup
Don’t miss the 24th Annual Basketball Challenge Cup on Friday, March 20th, 2015 at the RRHS Gymnasium. Game #1 begins at 6:00pm and features RRMS Faculty vs. The Community Challengers. Exciting intermission entertainment will be provided by Riverview Martial Arts. Game #2 features the RRHS Faculty vs. the Goldwood/Kensington Faculty.  
RREF's Annual Fundraiser Celebrates A Sky Full of Stars
This year’s Rocky River Education Foundation fundraiser, A Sky Full of Stars, sold out before the paper invitations were even sent. If you didn’t get a ticket, there are still plenty of ways to support the RREF’s programs. And if you did manage to get a ticket, you’re in for one terrific night. 
Author Trudy Ludwig Inspires Rocky River Students
Children’s author Trudy Ludwig came to Rocky River with a tool belt of tricks to help kids combat bullying. On Tuesday, February 9, Ludwig gave two presentations at Goldwood Primary School that centered around bullying and what children can do to protect themselves and their friends.   
Family Game Week Begins Feb. 15
Computers, cell phones and gaming systems keep us connected with the world,but Family Game Night is designed to remind Rocky River residents to stay connected with the people who matter most: our families.
