1982 Track Season:
- SWC Champion 1600m run & 800m run (both meet records at the time)
- SWC MVP
- District Champion 1600m run & 800m run (both District Meet records)
- Regional champion 1600m run (meet & school record 4:11.1, was the 5th fastest prep time in the nation in 1982)
- Midwest Meet of Champions, Indianapolis, Indiana--placed 4th in the 1600m run in 4:11.5 against All-Star field of 16
- In addition to his school record in the 1600m, he helped set school records in the 4x800 Relay (8:00.5), 4x1600m Relay (18:00.5) and the Distance Medley Relay (11:27_
- Was #4 (1:55.3) on the 800m All-Time List which is maintained yearly by the track coaching staff
Collegiate Career--Ashland University:- 8 conference championships
- 5 time conference MVP track/cross country
- 5 time All-American track/cross country
- 1985 NCAA Division II national champion 500m run (meet record--13:58)
- Member of Ashland University Athletic Hall of Fame, Inducted in 2000
