Criteria for Induction:
"For his remarkable high school and Collegiate athletic careers at RRHS and OSU and for his service to America in the US Air Force, the Rocky River Hall of Fame recognizes Mr. Leslie James Hague." 
 
He was a four-sport star, earning ten letters in high school. He attended The Ohio State University, playing football where he started both ways by his sophomore year. He finished his college football career in the 1950 Rose Bowl, where he kicked the winning field goal with two minutes left in a 17-14 Ohio State win. Jim's college studies were interrupted when he was called up to the United States Air National Guard and became a jet pilot. After his honorable discharge, Jim graduated with an Industrial Engineering degree at Ohio State in 1953. Jim had a 40-year career with Alcoa.
