Criteria for Induction:
Four-year letterman in basketball and football. Jeff is the all-time River career leader in points scored, with 1,278 and the first and only player in school history to score 1000. He also holds the record for most field goals for a career with 435, and most 3-point filed goals for a career with 236. Voted Associated Press Division II as 2nd team All-Ohio as a junior, and 3rd team All-Ohio as a senior. Jeff was also recognized as a 1st team All-Southwest Conference player his sophomore, junior and senior years and was conference MVP his junior year.
