Health & Fitness Ed

Welcome to RRMS Health and Fitness Education Department

Welcome back Rocky River Middle School students and families!  We hope you had a safe and healthy summer!  We are looking forward to 2020-2021!

In the Red and Yellow model:

Please prepare for 100% remote instruction through Google Classroom.  Students should plan on attending zoom sessions during health and fitness classes as if we were in school during the Green model.

In the Green model:

Please plan on going outside regularly during the 1st quarter.  Sometimes the grass is wet so an extra pair of socks would be a good idea.  Also, if the weather is warmer than 40 degrees, students should be prepared to go outside. Students should come to school prepared for both fitness class and other classes due to the locker rooms unavailable.

Looking forward to an active, safe and healthy school year!
