BEACHWOOD, Ohio (Sept. 17, 2024) -- Rocky River placed eighth in Tuesday's Canterbury Invitational at historic Canterbury Country Club.

The Pirates filed a four-man score of 383 on the 5,450-yard, par-72 track. Mia Ginnetti battled illness to card a 38-51--89 in leading the Double-R. Julia Schmid (45-49--94), Addie Crane (46-51--97), and Rylie Quaiser (52-51--103) comprised the rest of River's score.

Fourteen teams competed on the rolling hills that have hosted 13 major championships at the professional, senior professional, and amateur levels. Magnificat (327), Walsh (340), Highland (343), and Hudson (343) were the top four teams.
