AVON, Ohio (Aug. 19, 2024) -- Rocky River competed in a 25-team tournament at Avon Oaks Country Club. The Pirates shot a 377 to eke into the top half of the final standings at the Magnificat Invitational.

Senior Mia Ginnetti (42-41--83),  junior Addie Crane (44-46--90), and Julia Schmid (52-43--95) were the Double-R's leading scorers on what was a windy day at Avon Oaks.

Dublin Jerome (307) and host Magnificat (307) were the top teams in the large-field event. Magnificat's Cammy Reed carded a 69 to garner medalist honors.
