ROCKY RIVER, Ohio – Rocky River Middle School seventh-grade teams held a food drive in March with all donations benefiting the Rocky River Assistance Program (RRAP). Over the course of the week-long food drive, students from the Voyagers and Explorers teams combined to collect 2,518 items of food for donation, and students loaded a truck with the donations for delivery. The seventh-grade food drive is always one of the biggest food drives of the year for the RRAP.
This marked the eighth food drive for the seventh-grade teams, led by Dave Opdycke (Voyagers) and Chandra Juhasz (Explorers).
