ROCKY RIVER, Ohio – Two Rocky River High School students received recognition in the Northeast Ohio Art Education Association Regional Youth Art Month (YAM) Art Show.
Flint Slankard earned first place for grades 9-12 with her piece titled “Glue Trip”, which is an Acrylic on Canvas work. Alannah Holley received an Honorable Mention in grades 9-12 award for her Photography work titled “Greed”.
A total of 118 pieces of art were submitted with several other students throughout the Rocky River City School District entering the contest.
