Pumpkin Jack
During the month of October we will spend a lot of time talking about pumpkins. We read the story, Pumpkin Jack, by Will Hubbell. We then did an experiment with our class pumpkin. We carved our pumpkin and then placed it on top of soil in a clear container with a tight lid. We predicted what our "Pumpkin Jack" would look like after 20 days. We will observe Pumpkin Jack each day as he changes. We will continue to record these changes in our journals over the next 20 days!
