Coaching Information and PAV Procedures

If you need to apply for or renew your PAV, please log on to or register at http://www.nfhs.org/ and follow the steps below:

New applicants need to complete the NFHS Fundamentals of Coaching Course at the cost of $65. This course is to be taken one time only.

The following courses need to be completed by all applicants:

NFHS Concussion in Sports course. This is a free course.

NFHS First Aid, Health & Safety course. The cost is $45.

Download sign-off form

Become CPR certified. You may take a class of your choosing or do an online course. Below are two free online options. The courses are free but you do need to pay for a certificate of completion.

Log onto your ODE Safe account by clicking here . This is where you will be able to apply for your PAV / PAV renewal.
