Mrs. Angela Bowman
5th Grade Intervention Specialist & Learning Resource Coordinator
Hello! Are you excited for 5th grade?!! My name is Mrs. Bowman and I teach language arts and math to 5th grade! This is my 4th year teaching at Rocky River. Previous to working at KIS, I taught 7th grade science at RRMS and 5th-8th grade math at St. Richard School in North Olmsted. I graduated in 2007 from Baldwin Wallace University with a BS in Middle School Education and completed my Intervention Specialist License from Ashland University in 2011. This year I will be finishing my Masters in Intervention Specialist.
I live in Avon Lake with Mr. Bowman, my one year old daughter Ava, and Elsie the cat. We love to go on family bike rides and spend time vacationing in our favorite spot.. Hilton Head, South Carolina!
