 CAMPUS VISITS

Campus visits are a critical component in finding the best "FIT" during the college selection process. It is not always easy for students and parents to find time during the school year to schedule visits. Students are encouraged to meet with college representatives that come to Rocky River High School every year. While this experience can't replace all the benefits gained from meetings and tours on actual colleges campuses, it affords students an opportunity to learn more about schools they are considering, while making a personal connection with a member of the admissions staff.

Often, colleges and universities outside of OHIO will host evening or weekend Open Houses in the Cleveland area for interested students and parents. These are great opportunities for learning more about schools students may not have a chance to visit because they are are not close to home - get information, ask questions and network with admission representatives.

Campus "Visitation Days" are a great way to get tours and general information about schools.  These are typically scheduled on days designated by each college/university and are intended to draw large groups to campus for a glimpse of the college experience.

Please log in to NAVIANCE and visit specific college websites for additional information about college visits to schools.
