ROCKY RIVER, Ohio - Rocky River High School student Andi Sadiku won the Cuyahoga County Board of Developmental Disabilities Winter Card Contest. Sadiku’s design of ice skates and tree artwork was chosen to be featured on the department’s annual card. A short biography of Sadiku will be included anywhere the card and art is used.
