At the June meeting, the Rocky River Board of Education appointed Rick Manoloff to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of Jay Milano.
Board president Scott Swartz notes that “Rick has a wealth of experience in advising school districts throughout Ohio on legal and school finance issues. He has great skill in collaboratively working through complex situations. Not only are we fortunate that Rick is a Rocky River resident, but also that he has a passion for our school district and is willing to give his time for service on the Board of Education.”
