AVON LAKE, Ohio -- Rocky River dropped a Monday road match, as the Pirates fell to Avon Lake on a modified course at Sweetbriar Golf Club.

Freshman Mia Ginnetti carded a team-best 45 in what was a 185-198 loss. She was followed on the score sheet by senior Rachel Baird (50), junior Sophia Loparo (50), and senior Kate McKeown (53).

Rocky River (0-3, 0-1 Lake Erie Girls' Golf Association) is slated to play the Keystone Wildcats at Gray Hawk Golf Club on Tuesday.
