WARSAW, Ohio -- Rocky River earned a 4-0 win over Mansfield Madison in a Monday neutral-site affair at the River View Soccer Showcase.

The Pirates tallied two goals in the opening half (Sophia Sindelar, Taylor Byall) and two in the second (Byall, Annika Mocho) while posting their third consecutive clean sheet.

Byall and Sienna Roselli were named co-MVPs in the invitational tournament contest on Labor Day. The event was hosted by River View High School.

With Monday's win the Pirates (4-1) have now won four straight matches since falling to Columbus Watterson in their Aug. 21 season opener. Rocky River will put that win streak on the line Wednesday when it hosts a Great Lakes Conference crossover game against Lakewood. Kickoff at Rocky River Stadium is slated for 7 p.m.
