AVON, Ohio – Rocky River suffered its first loss of the season, dropping a 192-220 match to Westlake on Thursday.
“This was a tough day for us,” said Head Coach Rick Haag of his team’s performance at Avon Oaks Country Club.
The Pirates (4-1) carded just two scores under 58 in the nonconference
match.
“We want to put this round to rest, regroup and get ready for a big home-and-home with Bay.”
Those matches against the Rockets – on Tuesday and Wednesday – mark the next action for the Maroon & White.
