ROCKY RIVER, Ohio - Rocky River High School senior Vanessa Porter was awarded the Rocky River Chamber of Commerce Scholarship at the Chamber Luncheon last week at Westwood CC.

 

Porter recently attended the Ohio Business Week (OBW), which is the only week-long business camp in Ohio where high school students practice tackling real business-world challenges while having a real college experience.

 

At the camp, Porter worked as the CFO in her group, which earned second place for best financial plan.

 

She has applied to be an alumni volunteer at the OBW.
