2014 K-3 Literacy Data for Goldwood Primary School

The Rocky River City School District was one of two districts given the distinct honor of being spotlighted by State Superintendent Dr. Richard Ross during an ODE press conference webinar to announce the K-3 Literacy Improvement grades that will be added to the 2014 district report cards.

The K-3 Literacy Improvement Measure reports whether a district or school is making progress in improving literacy in grades kindergarten through three.  Our district was one of 27 districts state-wide to receive an “A” for this measure.

We are proud of the exemplary, hard work our Goldwood and Kensington staffs do to provide our students a solid foundation for an excellent education.  We credit these teachers, tutors and support staff, as well the support we receive from our parents and community, with our continued improvement and success.
