ROCKY RIVER, Ohio – Each month during the 2023-2024 school year, the Rocky River City School District will highlight a member of the senior class who is in the West Shore Career Technical District program to showcase pathways and possible careers.
For the month of January, we are featuring Paige Sampat, who is in the Construction Trades program.
Paige chose to attend West Shore because she is interested in the construction industry, enjoys the opportunity for hands-on learning and gets the chance to be outside working.
After high school, Paige is planning to attend Tri-C and become a firefighter/paramedic.
Even if you are unsure of going into the field, Paige encourages others to look into classes at West Shore and because the experiences are good for you.
