ROCKY RIVER, Ohio - Students and staff at Rocky River Middle School raised more than $10,000 during Kick-it, a program of Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation (ALSF) to help raise money for childhood cancer research. Founded in 2009 by a 10-year old cancer patient from Northeast Ohio, Kick-it is a national volunteer-driven effort focused solely on raising money for childhood cancer research. Alex came up with a plan to raise money for childhood cancer through his favorite game, kickball.
Thank you to everyone who supported this great cause as RRMS raised more than $10,000.
