This publication provides citizens with a general overview of how District funds are managed and spent. The report provides a basic understanding of the District’s financial health and operations. It is intended to provide a summary on how District revenues were generated and spent as reported in the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR), which is a more detailed and complete financial presentation that is audited.
