ROCKY RIVER, Ohio - Students at Kensington Intermediate School were treated to a spectacular display of basketball tricks and motivational messaged from Jim “Basketball” Jones who helped kick off PBIS Spirit Week with class assemblies on October 11.
A National Youth Motivational Speaker and author, Jones’ interactive assembly helped promote Kensington’s positive traits of being Respectful, Responsible, Caring and Safe. He involved students and teachers throughout the assembly, while delivering important life messages that included growth mindset, making good choices, kindness and other aspects of maintaining a strong school culture.
The assembly was sponsored by the Kensington PTA.
