NORTH OLMSTED, Ohio -- Rocky River dropped a hard-fought 2-0 decision to North Olmsted in Wednesday night Great Lakes Conference West Division action.
The Eagles (8-2, 2-1 GLC West) got two shots past goalkeeper Will DeClerck who otherwise made five saves in the match. A solid North Olmsted defensive effort kept the Pirates off the scoreboard for the fourth time this fall.
Rocky River (4-3-4, 1-2) is now 0-2-1 across its last three games.
