ROCKY RIVER, Ohio – The Rocky
River City School District is launching a new tool called Nutrislice, an
interactive online lunch menu, that can be viewed online or through a free app
on all Apple and Android mobile devices.
Nutrislice will make its debut on March 18
at Rocky River HS and will launch at Rocky River Middle School in the near
future. Students and parents can find out what is being served for lunch days
and weeks in advance. The app features menu items, ingredients, nutritional
information, a filter for common food allergies, and a photo of the food.
The
menu includes options such as a Grab & Go Deli, Fresh & Ready,
Pizzeria, Daily Favorites and a Build-a-Bar.
These new interactive
