ROCKY RIVER, Ohio – The Rocky
River High School Drama Department will present Singin’ in the Rain as this year’s spring musical.
The show will run on Thursday April 4,
Friday, April 5, and Saturday, April 6 with all performances starting at 7:00pm
in the RRHS auditorium.
Based on the 1952 classic movie, Singin’ in the Rain takes place in 1927, when silent films were all the rage. Don Lockwood and Lina Lamont are the leading dynamic duo in Hollywood, but when the talking picture hits the scene, it could spell trouble for Lina. Enter Kathy, a young actress who further complicates Lina’s future. Will Don, his best friend Cosmo, Lina, and Kathy be able to maintain their dignity amidst the chaos?
Tickets are
$10.00 for adults and $5.00 for students. Senior citizens and children 5 and
under are admitted for free. All seats are reserved.
