ROCKY RIVER, Ohio – The Rocky River High School Fashion and Service Learning classes helped newborn babies at Akron Children’s Hospital celebrate their first Halloween.

Families who are in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) participated in a “reverse trick-or-treat” when staff visited their rooms with goodies for the babies and their siblings. Each baby also received a handmade costume from students in Mrs. Kristen Kalinowski’s fashion design and service learning classes.

Handmade costumes included a Cleveland Browns jersey, an ice cream cone and other sweet treats, animals, TV and movie characters among others.
