2024-2025 Welcome Back Information

• The first day of school for students in grades 1-12 is on Wednesday, August 21.
• The first day of school for students in preschool is on Thursday, August 22.
• All Kindergarten students will begin the year with a soft start and attend school for one day on either Wednesday, August 21, Thursday, August 22, or Friday, August 23.
• Parents/guardians have been notified about the day your child should attend during the soft start.

• The first day of school for all Kindergarten students is on Monday, August 26.

• All parents/guardians should have received an email from FinalForms that included their username during the week of July 8.
• If you have not already done so, please log into FinalForms to complete your back-to-school forms.
• Please log into EZPay to pay school fees.

• Class assignments for students at Goldwood Primary School were shared at the end of the 2023-2024 school year.
• Class assignments for Kensington Intermediate School and class schedules for students at Rocky River Middle School and Rocky River High School are now available in GradeBook/Parent Access.

• Bus schedules are in the process of being finalized and will be sent out in the coming days. If you do not receive your bus schedule by Friday, August 16, please contact the Transportation office.
• A reminder that many students will once again be walking, biking or taking the school bus this year. Please exercise caution during the morning and afternoon hours when students are traveling to and from school.

• We utilize Linq Connect for all of your lunch needs. Within Linq you can add money to your student(s) account, apply for the meal assistance program, monitor your child’s purchases and much more.
• You will need your student’s ID number when setting up an account.
• GOLDWOOD AND KENSINGTON PARENTS/GUARDIANS ONLY:
• Please create a new user account for Nutrislice as all old accounts are purged at the end of each school year. You will not be able to order meals for your student(s) until you create a new parent account. Directions for setting up an account can be found here.
• Meal ordering cut off times have changed. Please order all meals by midnight the night before the meal is needed.
• The cost for lunch at each building is $3.55 and includes one hot or cold entrée, side dishes, fresh produce and milk. Lunch menus are available on Nutrislice.
• If you think you may qualify for free or reduced price lunches, please fill out the online application here.
