We are excited to invite parents to school to have lunch and recess with their child during our Parent Lunch Event.
Thank you for your support in following the guidelines listed below:
- One parent, or special person, per child, as we do not have the physical space for more than 1 adult per child for this event.
- Siblings are not permitted to join the lunch.
- School rules and behavior must be followed (your child knows the expectations so we ask that you support our efforts in keeping our lunch and recess a safe environment for all children).
- We will have this event rain or shine. If inclement weather, we will have indoor recess.
- Please pack a lunch for you and your child. You may bring food from a restaurant, we just ask that it is food that can be eaten in the 20 minutes lunch block.
- If your child’s class eats lunch first, you will meet at the Goldwood Room doors (by the flagpole, east side of building). An adult will let you in when the children are at the tables.
- If your child’s class has recess first, then you will meet at the playground gates/fence and an adult will let you on the playground when all other students have been dismissed to the building. Please do not go onto the playground until the adult has motioned for you. This is for the safety of the children.
- We will have a table outside to hold your lunches- please mark the bags with your names.
- All guests need to RSVP. Please click HERE to complete the RSVP form and return it to your child's classroom teacher by October 19.
DATES
- October 24: 2nd grade
- October 25: 1st grade
- October 26: Kindergarten
- October 27: Make-up date reserved for those that are unable to make the grade-level times
