ROCKY RIVER, Ohio – The Rocky River Band Backers annual fundraising dinner is scheduled for Sunday, February 23 from 5:00-8:00pm at Rocky River Memorial Hall. Funds raised at the event will be used to support the new marching band uniform campaign and may also be used for uniform maintenance, purchase of music, equipment, supplies, awards, snacks, workshops with clinicians, the beginning band night program and supporting music scholarship programs.
Tickets are $50 per person or $380 for a table of 8 and are available via the following link:
The evening supports the district’s music programs and includes dinner, non-alcoholic drinks and dessert. There will also be a Big Board Raffle with tickets available to purchase at the event. Every 10th number drawn wins, resulting in 25 winners of gift cards of varying values from local vendors.
Most importantly, attendees will enjoy live performances featuring students from the RRHS Jazz Ensemble and the Friday Jazz Band throughout the evening.
