Red Ribbon Week is the nation's oldest and largest drug prevention awareness program and the Rocky River City School District will participate in the event from October 21-25 this year.
This year's Red Ribbon Week Theme is "Send a Message. Stay Drug Free." and the event focuses on educating the youth on the dangers of drugs to help promote a drug free environment.
Counselors throughout the District have been planning numerous activities for students and families to show their support. There will be a Fall Food Drive and theme days throughout the course of the week.
