ROCKY RIVER, Ohio – Rocky River High School (RRHS) freshman Ruby Rauser competed as part of Team Westshore in the Ohio High School Team Figure Skating Championships on February 8-9 at Thornton Park Ice Rink.

It marked the second consecutive year that Rauser competed in the event.

This year, she skated personal bests, taking first place in the Intermediate Free Skate and the Novice Moves in Field to Music.

Her performances helped Team Westshore to a second place overall finish for the second straight year. Team Westshore scored 130 points, topped only by Shaker Heights (151) in the 12 team field.
