InfoSnap Online Forms

Our district uses InfoSnap, an online service where parents go to verify the directory information we have on file for their child(ren), make changes if necessary, and submit all beginning-of-the-year forms electronically (Emergency Medical Authorization, Internet/Email Use, Photo Permission, Junior/Senior Option, Athletics/Activities, etc). This electronic submission takes the place of paper forms.

Emails were sent out on Thursday, July 14 to parents of returning students announcing that InfoSnap is now open and ready for you to submit your forms online.  You should have received an email for each of your returning students giving you a snapcode to use. 

Students who are new to the district for the 2016-2017 school year, including incoming kindergarteners, do not need to complete the online forms this year as we have the information you provided during registration.

If you did not receive the email for your child(ren), please check your spam folder.  If the email is not in your spam, please call the registrar at 356-6000 between 7:30 AM and 4:30 PM and we will assist you.
