Eight Rocky River High School computer science students attended the regional Get IT Here Summit held at Corporate College East on Friday, April 15, 1016. The Get IT Here Summit is an industry-led initiative that focuses on promoting IT careers in Northeast Ohio by bringing awareness to the vast array of opportunities available in IT.
Students had the opportunity to meet with industry professionals to discuss careers in IT. They also met with college representatives to discuss pathways to those careers. Students also had the opportunity to network with executives from a number of Northeast Ohio’s major companies, including Eaton, Cleveland Clinic, Progressive, OEC, Hyland, and many more.
