- Beautification Committee: Plan and execute new decorating ideas at RRHS
- Hospitality for PTA Meetings: Bring beverage and light food to five meetings
- Hospitality for Fall Open House: Provide light refreshments
- Hospitality for Assembly: Provide light refreshments for National Honor Society
- Fruits Sale: Chair or help with this PTA fundraiser which takes place January thru mid-February
- Membership: Recruit and tabulate PTA members and send data to Ohio & National PTA
- Sophomore Class Sale: Sophomore parents organize and coordinate sale – Nov. thru mid Dec.
- Spirit Run: Work with Alumni Association organizing annual Spirit Run in October to raise funds for Beautification projects at RRHS.
- Staff Recognition: Organize desserts for Conference Day and provide food for Staff Appreciation Week in May.

Volunteer Hours Report Form

PTA Units must record and report the number of hours
contributed by PTA volunteers. The hours help to substantiate the fact that
PTAs are primarily engaged in the kind of activities permitted by our IRS
501(c)(3) tax exempt status. This information also confirms the value of the
PTA volunteer efforts in the public schools of Ohio.
Please submit your hours below by May 20, 2010.
(Note: You may submit volunteer hours during the year as you
finish each project or event. Or, you may keep track and submit your total
hours at the end of the year.)
