RRHS PTA Funds $1,000 in Mini Grants to Students
At its meeting on September 20, the RRHS PTA voted to fund Mini Grants to Students totaling $1,000.  This is the first of four funding cycles. 
RRHS PTA Student Mini Grants
The PTA has funded $2,250 of grants for the following groups so far this year: Science Olympiad, Forensics, Girls' Cross Country, Swimming/Diving, Key Club, Varsity Girls' Basketball, Model United Nations, Freshman Mentoring program and the RRHS Band.  The next grant application deadline is 1/10/12.  Apply online here.

 

 
RRHS PTA to Focus on Mini Grants to Students for 2011-2012
The RRHS PTA has decided to change its philanthropic focus this year from awarding scholarships to funding mini grants.  The rationale is that while scholarships are awarded to two or three recipients, the mini grants will benefit more students.  It is anticipated that a minimum of $2,500 will be available for these grants.  Donations received from members will be earmarked for mini grants.  (Click title for more)

Heinen's ABC School Donation Programs
If you sign up for Heinen's Tasteful Rewards Program, you can designate RRHS to receive 1% of your purchases through their ABC School Donation Program.  Please note that you have to reselect the school each year, after September 1.
 
Use of PTA Items in Uncle Bob's Storage Locker
If you need to get items from the Uncle Bob’s Storage locker, please call Diane Beer at 333-4492 to arrange a time for her to meet you at the locker.  Please be aware of the policy below regarding use of the items in the storage lockers.
