Welcome to RRMS Health and Fitness Education Department

Welcome 2012!  It's time for new year's resolutions, so RRMS students are working towards improving their fitness levels. Every Monday and Friday students will dedicate their class time towards  improving specific fitness components.  

RRMS students will be evaluated by using the Physical Best program.  They will be tested again at the beginning of April.  The four components of Physical Best testing are: Mile Run, Sit and Reach, Pull-ups, and Sit-ups.  All students will participate in the Shuttle Run as well to measure speed and agility.  Students' scores will  then be entered into each student's FitnessGram.  FitnessGrams will be sent home with 4th quarter report cards.
