Chess Club
Chess Club is a fun, low stress club for those interested in playing and improving their chess game. We meet generally once a week, but we change which days to minimize conflicts with other activities. What day meetings are held are posted outside room 2023, where meetings are held. Members are not required to compete in tournaments, but many do, and with outstanding results. We had numerous individual trophies earned, as well as the following team trophies last year alone.
    - The team took First in the GCSCL reserve championship.
    - The high school reserve team finished 3rd in the state at the Ohio State championships.
    - The 11th grade team tied for first in the State at the Grade Level State Championships.
    - The 9th grade team finished 3rd in the State at the Grade Level State Championships .
See the schedule below for what we hope to enter this year.
